By means of a contract signed between NES GLOBAL and NARUS-Chile, Leadership and Quality Assurance management services, training of a Team of FRP Inspectors and Installers, Quality Control Inspection in more than 80 FRP Vessels and Tanks and over 2,400 Km Pipes were provided. FRP; in addition to all Anti-Corrosion Coatings on steel tanks and concrete floors in the Capricornio Expansion Project - Phases 3 & 4 of the Lithium Plant  in La Negra – Antofagasta – Chile of ALBEMARLE Corporation, from March/2018 to December/2020.

HTB Engenharia e Construção S/A. contracted NARUS, during the period from April 2018 to October 2018, to perform Technical Consulting and Inspection Services related to the launch of FRP/GRE pipes with diameters ranging from 700mm to 2200mm for Seawater Collection and Conduction and/ or Deionized Water, for the making of amendments and their installation, in the work UTE Porto de Sergipe I in Barra dos Coqueiros - SE, including and not limited to:

•   Monitor the receipt of materials, production and work performed by Contractors in order to ensure compliance with the Service Specifications and Procedures, as well as the agreed quality Standards. 

•   Inspecting and testing the newly applied Amendments before and after curing the Resin and reporting any anomalies to the Employer. 

•   Ensure materials and applicator qualification test results are fully documented and the Contractor is provided with all applicable data for the materials being installed. 

•   Record all non-conformities and/or potential problems to which the inspector has alerted the Contractor and the Employer.

•   Check and verify that the necessary records for the installation are being documented by the Contractor, according to the defined responsibilities. 

In September 2015, NARUS carried out, through a Contract signed between the parties, the Consulting and Technical Assistance Services, aiming at the collection of data, diagnosis and recommendations, recorded in a Technical Opinion on the internal Anticorrosive Coating 14 (fourteen) Metal tanks with DERAKANE coating 470 reinforced with Glass Fibers – 4mm for the transport of Hydrochloric Acid, installed on the PSV (Platform Supply Vessel) vessel STIM STAR BRASIL, under construction at the NAVESHIP Shipyard in Navegantes – SC.

NARUS was hired by SANDVIK to carry out a detailed survey of the structures and equipment installed in the North Logistics Capacity System, for the fifth shipping line project of the Cia. NARUS consultants carried out two technical visits to VALE's facilities accompanied by SANDVIK representatives in July 2016, with the aim of providing SANDVIK with a technical assessment on the state/condition of the structures and equipment of the belt conveyors and transfer houses of the 5th line of conveyors, as well as ship loaders 1 & 2, in order to clarify whether this condition suggests premature failure of the paint scheme and identify possible causes of premature failure.

In August 2015, NARUS witnessed the Inspection Service, as NACE Certified Third Party Inspectors, of the coatings on the hull of the SAPURA ESMERALDA PLSV vessel in the region of Angra (Pontal do Bananal), with sample extraction for Laboratory Tests, including:
•   Coating Inspection Witness and Report based on visual inspection;
•   Extraction of liquid samples from blistered areas of the anti-fouling coating film for laboratory testing, collected during on-site coating inspection.
•   Inspection Inspection Report, issued in English, by a Certified Coating Inspector of NACE-Level 3 Certified Coatings / Protective Coating Specialist SSPC –PCS (Protective Coating Specialist);
