perform an annual audit to verify that the Manufacturer's Quality Assurance System is up to date and in effective operation;
verify that the qualifications of the Independent Inspector and the designated inspector are in accordance with the manufacturer's Quality Assurance System;
verify that corrective actions resulting from ASME audits are properly implemented;
verify that the corrective actions taken to resolve non-conformities are in accordance with the Manufacturer's Quality Assurance Program;
verify that the Inspector's responsibilities and activities are in accordance with the requirements of the Standard;
verify that the equipment is manufactured by qualified Laminators and Secondary installers;
audit and sign the Manufacturer's Partial Data Report subsequent to completion of all inspections by the Inspector, in case only components are produced;
to approve the application of the ASME Manufacturer's Certificate of Conformity approved in the Manufacturer's Data;
issue a Final Report upon completion of all inspections carried out by the designated inspector.
